Important: This document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Naxwin ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Naxwin platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms below. If you do not agree with any part, please discontinue use of this platform.
1 Definitions and Interpretation
In this Terms and Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:
- "Platform" refers to the Naxwin website at naxwin.pro, the mobile app, and all related services.
- "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at Naxwin.
- "Account Balance" refers to the total funds available in your Naxwin account at any given time.
- "Bonus" refers to any free credits, promotional offers, cashback, or other benefits granted by Naxwin to members.
- "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
- "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer (Know Your Customer) that requires user identity verification.
- "Withdrawal" refers to the transfer of funds from a Naxwin account balance to a member's bank account or e-wallet.
All terms in the singular form also encompass the plural and vice versa, unless specifically stated otherwise.
2 Account Registration
To use Naxwin services in full, you need to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and complete information. The Naxwin registration process is designed to be quick — you can get started in under two minutes.
- You must be at least 18 years old to register an account at Naxwin.
- Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate and verifiable. False information may result in account suspension.
- Naxwin reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including copies of your ID, bank statements or other supporting documents.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password secure.
- Naxwin is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.
Warning: Registering on behalf of another person or using a false identity is a serious violation that may result in account freezing and legal action.
3 Deposits and Payments
Naxwin accepts deposits via a variety of local Malaysia payment methods, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost and IBG/DuitNow bank transfer. All deposits are processed securely using 256-bit SSL encryption.
- The minimum deposit is RM 10 for most payment methods.
- All deposits must be made using a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
- Naxwin does not charge processing fees for deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply a small charge depending on the method used.
- Deposit funds are typically credited to your Naxwin account within seconds to five minutes.
- If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of the transaction.
- Naxwin reserves the right to decline or return any deposit that appears suspicious or conflicts with the platform's anti-money laundering (AML) policy.
Naxwin fully complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT) policies. All transactions are continuously monitored to ensure compliance.
4 Fund Withdrawal
Naxwin processes withdrawal requests promptly. We understand your winnings are yours, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth withdrawal process free of unnecessary delays.
- The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 for all payment methods.
- Withdrawals via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost) are processed within 5–15 minutes.
- Withdrawals via bank transfer are processed within 15–60 minutes on business days.
- All withdrawals may only be made to an account registered in the member's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited.
- Naxwin reserves the right to require KYC verification before approving withdrawals above certain limits. This process is in place to protect the security of your funds.
- If any suspicious activity is detected, naxwin reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing until the investigation is complete.
- Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.
To speed up the withdrawal process, make sure your account's KYC verification has been completed beforehand. Verified accounts enjoy faster withdrawal processing.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
Naxwin offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for members, including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, weekly cashback and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer.
- The standard wagering requirement for most bonuses is 20x to 35x the bonus value received, unless otherwise stated.
- Bonuses are only valid for use within the specified time period. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
- Each member is entitled to the welcome bonus once only.
- Using bonuses with the intent to exploit, arbitrage or game the system is prohibited and may result in cancellation of all bonuses and account suspension.
- Naxwin reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Members suspected of systematic bonus abuse will be investigated and their accounts may be closed without compensation.
Important Note: If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified bonus period, the bonus balance and any associated wins will be forfeited.
6 Game Rules
All games available on naxwin operate using a certified random number generator (RNG) that is independently audited by internationally recognised certification bodies. This ensures every game is fair and cannot be manipulated by any party.
- All game results are final. No review will be conducted except in cases of proven technical failure.
- In the event of a technical failure or system disruption during gameplay, naxwin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet to the player.
- The use of bots, automation tools or any unfair method to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
- Naxwin reserves the right to adjust betting limits, return-to-player percentages (RTP) and game rules at any time based on operational requirements.
- Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing any bets. Game guides are available within each game title.
7 User Conduct
Naxwin expects all members to interact with the platform and fellow users in a responsible, respectful and ethical manner. Any conduct that undermines other users' experience or the integrity of the platform will not be tolerated.
- Using offensive language, making threats, or harassing other users or Naxwin staff is strictly prohibited.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your Naxwin account to any other party is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the Naxwin platform infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
- Using Naxwin for any illegal activity, including money laundering, is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to manipulate games, collude with other players to cheat or exploit system vulnerabilities is a serious violation.
Consequences of Violation: Any breach of the code of conduct may result in a warning, temporary suspension or permanent account closure without a refund of any remaining balance.
8 Account Suspension and Closure
Naxwin reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in suspicious activity. The decision to suspend or close an account is final at naxwin's sole discretion.
- Members may request to close their account at any time by contacting the Naxwin customer support team.
- Prior to account closure, all outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited. Any valid cash balance will be returned once the review process is complete.
- Accounts suspended for fraud or serious violations are not eligible for any refund.
- Naxwin retains transaction records and account data for the period required by applicable law, even after an account is closed.
9 Liability Limit
To the extent permitted by applicable law, naxwin is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform.
- Naxwin does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime.
- Naxwin is not liable for losses arising from a user's internet connection failure, device malfunction or disruption caused by third-party service providers.
- Naxwin's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
10 Privacy and Data Protection
Naxwin takes your personal data protection seriously. The collection, use and storage of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
- Your personal data is collected solely for account operation, identity verification, and service improvement purposes.
- Naxwin will not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
- All data is stored on secure servers with 256-bit SSL encryption and access restricted to authorised personnel only.
- You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our team.
11 Terms and Conditions Amendment
Naxwin reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform, unless a different effective date is specified.
- Naxwin will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant amendments via your registered email or in-platform notifications.
- Continued use of the naxwin platform after any amendment is published constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
- It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.
- If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your account before the amendment's effective date.
12 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Naxwin operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of this platform shall be resolved through the appropriate arbitration process or court.
- Naxwin operates under a valid licence and authorisation from the relevant regulatory authority.
- Any dispute relating to a transaction or game outcome must be submitted to the naxwin support team within 30 days from the date of the incident.
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- The Bahasa Malaysia version of this document is the official version for Malaysia users. In the event of any conflict with other language versions, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall take precedence.
